My Advocacy Journey
My name is Mina Riad and I am an incoming Biology freshman at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. I built this platform so that I could prevent what happened to me from happening to other people, and potentially save lives.
Why?
The Appendix Project is meant to provide every potential misdiagnosis victim with the tools, information, and empowerment to advocate for themselves when their doctor might be wrong.
